Is OCENZO a legal, tax or company-registration firm?＋

No. We provide operations coordination. Regulated legal, accounting, tax, employment, licensing, immigration and company-registration work must be handled by qualified providers under a separate engagement.

Can you represent us or sign contracts in China?＋

No. OCENZO does not act as your legal representative, director, nominee, contracting party or authorized signatory. Commercial and legal decisions remain with you.

Can you receive or move money for us?＋

No. We do not collect customer funds, control bank accounts or move money on your behalf. We can track agreed payment milestones and follow up within written authority, but cannot guarantee payment.

What does your sourcing-agent service include?＋

We work from an approved sourcing brief to identify potential suppliers, request and compare information, coordinate samples, meetings and factory visits, and follow agreed milestones. You make the final supplier choice and sign directly with the selected party.

Is a factory visit the same as an audit or quality inspection?＋

No. A standard visit records observable facts and agreed questions at a specific time. Technical quality inspection, laboratory testing, financial audit, certification and legal due diligence require qualified specialists under a separate scope.

What do you mean by commercial field research?＋

We may review public business information, visit business locations, observe stores or distribution channels and conduct consent-based interviews. We do not provide private-detective services, secretly track people, intrude on private spaces or unlawfully collect personal information.

Do you provide Chinese designers, social media operators and production crews?＋

Yes. OCENZO can select, coordinate and manage suitable China-based creative and operating specialists for an approved project. The exact people, platforms, deliverables, publishing access, production schedule, usage rights and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Can you guarantee suppliers, company registration, bank accounts, sales or approvals?＋

No. We can organize information, coordinate approved parties, prepare documents and appointments, document risks and follow up consistently. Final supplier selection, contracting, registration, bank KYC, regulatory approval and commercial results are decided by independent third parties.

How is cross-border data handled?＋

We apply minimum-access principles. Source code, production keys, core passwords, full identity documents, sensitive data and unassessed outbound data are excluded by default. Any necessary cross-border data handling requires a separate review and written agreement.

How much does the service cost?＋

International work is quoted after the fit assessment because location, language, number of parties, travel, data requirements, urgency and regulated-provider involvement can materially change the workload. No work outside the confirmed scope is billed without prior approval.
